RECEIVED A LOAN MODIFICATION ON MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH A MONTHLY REDUCTION OF $966.89

I am ecstatic with my modification results. Julio Marrero’s office was able to reduce my mortgage payment on my investment property $966.89 per month. Nearly half of my mortgage payment. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!!

Very happy with my modification

I worked with two previous attorney's and I was not able to obtain a loan modification. I started with Mr. Marrero and I was able to obtain a trial modification and finally my permanent modification, Nationstar reduced my principal balance of $203,414.42 and forgave $133,000.00 of my principal balan...ce and now my mortgage is $70,149.42. I'm very happy with my modification and with my processor on the file.

Able to save my home

I'm ecstatic that I was able to obtain a loan modification with the help of Attorney Marrero and his staff. After working with two previous lawyers and trying to do a modification on my own I was declined 3 times for a modification request. I came to this office on June 2012 and with the help of my... processor Seiny Fleitas I obtained my trial modification period starting on November 2012. today I received my final modification with a reduction of more than $600 on my monthly mortgage payment. I'm able to save my home and finally have peace in my life

Extremely happy with my reduction in payment. My home was in forclosure for more than 6 months and the firm was able to save my home and modify my loan. I am very happy with my results.
