This firm saved my home.

I had a foreclosure that was very advanced,when I retain Lic. Marrero, and BOA had denied my case multiple times. But the staff of Lic. Julio Marrero took my case and made it a priority and set an appt. with the bank to discuss my case and soon after I was approved. This firm saved my home. Thanks!

Thankful

We are very pleased to say that with the help of Mr.Marrero's law firm. I was able to obtain a loan modification under tha gov't program after not paying my home for 4 years. Also the firm was able to obtain a balance deferral of $267.000.00 and saved my home from foreclosure.

Eternaly Grateful

I’m really a person that doesn’t believe in advertisements and I had very negative past experiences with other attorneys, so I was a little skeptical before I hired Dr. Marrero. My foreclosure was very advanced and I had lost all hopes to save my home. I was gladly surprised when I hired his ser...vices; this law firm and specially my processor Seiny, had helped me to save my home and to actually obtain a mortgage payment affordable for my income. My previous mortgage payment was $2,516.50 (with taxes and insurance) with a 6.875% interest rate and now my payment dropped to 1,539.35 (with taxes and insurance) with a 2% interest rate. I will be eternally grateful to this firm and the help they gave me in such a hard situation; now my family and I have peace and we are very happy to be able to continue living in our home. Words can’t express how grateful I am and I will encourage to use their services to save your home.
