Elated

Iam very happy with my modification. We were past due for many months and we thought they would take our house because we have equity. However with the help of Mr. Marrero & team we were able to save our home.

I'm very happy with my result

I came in to Mr.Marrero office and I was about to lose my home. I was past due 75 months in the amount of $108,390.00. I received a Hamp modification paying $78.00 less than when the loan was originally obtained. I'm very happy with my result and the assistance received.
