Modified

The process took longer than what I would have liked but Julio Marrero and his staff was able to obtain a loan modification on my behalf. I am very happy.

I needed help, and I received it!

I attempted modifying my mortgage on my own, and was getting nowhere. Eventually, I hired an attorney to assist me and they never kept me informed. No work was ever done. LUCKILY, I went to Marrero and my processor, Ariel Oliva was extremely helpful and go everything done for me to save my home. I re...ceived my final modification, and I am very happy with the results.

Modified my loan.

I was afraid of losing my home because I had not paid my mortgage for over 2 years but Julio Marrero and his staff helped me and my lender modified my home. I did not get a principal reduction but my interest rate was lowered to a 2% making my payments affordable.

got more than 62% of principal reduction on my house

I want to congratulate Mr. Marrero and his efficient staff for doing such an amazing job with my loan. My principal balance was $716,942.49 and they obtained a forgiveness of $446.192.49 leaving me with a new principal balance of $270,750.00, this is more than 62% reduction on my principal balance. ...
