Lowered my mortgage

Lowered my mortgage $300.00 monthly I have nothing, but great things to say about this firm and the amazing job they did in my job. In less than 6 month my mortgage was approved for modification and now I finally obtained my final modification that lowered my payment $300.00 from my previous paymen...t; I also received a forgiveness on my mortgage of $20,300.00 and I couldn’t be happier. Overall great service and great attention, Seiny was the agent assigned to the case and she was always very nice and knowledgeable; I’m glad I paid for a service and got exceptional results.

I came in this office not sure what to expect but Liza Imbert, my processor immediately put me @ ease. She explained the whole process and after just a few months I was approved and now pay $450.00 less! Good Job.

A trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney

Mr.Marrero and his staff helped me save my home. I hadn't paid in 4 years. Mr.Marrero's firm helped me save $400.00 a month and also helped me obtain a deferral of $45,000.00. Thank you Mr.Marrero

100% recommended

This is our 2nd modification with Mr.Marrero. Our primary home was modified & now our investment home. We have been past due for 6 years and Mr.Marrero's team was able to save both of our homes. After not paying for 6 years our payment was still lowered $329.00. We are very happy.

Thankful

Iam thankful for the services of Mr. Marrero'is firm for all their help and efforts on my modification. After not paying my home for more than 2 years. The firm helped me obtain a 2% interest rate under the government program. I now have a monthly saving of $400.00
