Hard work with good result

My servicer Green Tree never wanted to approve me for a modification until I came to this office. Iam very grateful for their hard work and help they provided. I couldn't do it without them. Thank you Dr. Julio Marrero & staff.

Excellent Law Office

I used this attorney for a foreclosure defense and he was able to get me a modification in which I was able to cut my monthly payment, I can stay in my home. I would recommend Dr.Julio Marrero to anyone who is looking for any type of attorney.

Modification

I tried to do a loan modification by myself and never received an offer, I came to this firm looking for assistance. After several months, back and forth we got a good loan modification. I recommend this law office it you want to save your home. My payment is 35% less than before. Thank you Mr.Marrer...o and Mrs.Cordova for your great job.
