Walked in with a sale date left with a great mod.

I walked in to the firm with a sale date on my home and the law office of Julio C Marrero was able to save my home and obatin a modification. I received a 3.3% for 40 years and a monthyl reduction of $700.00.

Obtained my loan modification

I'm very happy with the modification I was able to obtain with the firm of Dr. Marrero, I was able to keep my home and get to an agreement that was beneficial to me and the bank. I will recommend his services to my family and friends

RECEIVED A LOAN MODIFICATION ON MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH A MONTHLY REDUCTION OF $966.89

I am ecstatic with my modification results. Julio Marrero’s office was able to reduce my mortgage payment on my investment property $966.89 per month. Nearly half of my mortgage payment. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!!

Foreclosure/Modification

My loan was in foreclosure and the firm was able to obtain a modification and get my loan out of foreclosure. I am very please with the work that was done and the communication between the firm and i was great. The process takes time so patience is needed but at the end the waiting was worth my time ...and money. I highly recommend Julio C Marrero & Associates.

OUTSTANDING Modification Results!!!

The law firm of Marrero, Trivedi & Chamizo was a great choice as a lawyer to represent me for both my foreclosure defense and loan modification. Michelle (one of the outstanding supervisors within the firm) guided me through every step. Instructed me on what I needed to do in order to obtain a better... modification. She used every trick in the book to get us an outstanding modification. I am thrilled with the results!!!!!! She guided me through the process with confidence and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I never felt "lost" in a process that is very foreign to me. I would recommend Julio Marrero’s office without reservation.
