got more than 62% of principal reduction on my house

I want to congratulate Mr. Marrero and his efficient staff for doing such an amazing job with my loan. My principal balance was $716,942.49 and they obtained a forgiveness of $446.192.49 leaving me with a new principal balance of $270,750.00, this is more than 62% reduction on my principal balance. ... Outstanding Results! Mortgage payment lowered by more than half

The processing staff at Julio Marrero’s office was always proficient and very knowledgeable. Moreover, Michelle showed me a lot of compassion regarding my situation & was always there to assist me with any question I had. I never felt like "I was just a client". My modification results were exception...al. My mortgage was lowered by $1,234.56 per month. More than half of my previous payment. I am thrilled with the results! I would highly recommend Julio Marrero’s office to anyone who wants a lawyer that is smart, knowledgeable, passionate about his work and just someone who cares about his clients.

Got a reduction on my principal of $248,299.42

I'm very happy with the modification request I obtained with my bank thanks to my attorney and my processor. I got a forgiveness of $248,299.42 and my principal balance went down from $402,045.52 to $153.746.10. My payment is now half of what my previous payment used to be

Obtained my loan modification

I'm very happy with the modification I was able to obtain with the firm of Dr. Marrero, I was able to keep my home and get to an agreement that was beneficial to me and the bank. I will recommend his services to my family and friends

Obtained my loan modification
