Thanks to Marrero I saved my home

Before I came to Marrero I had a bad experience with other attorneys, once I decided to take my case to his firm he was able to stop a sale date on my property and save my home. I'm very pleased with the results I obtained and would recommend this firm in the future

Very thankful with Dr. Marrero

After a year of struggling to obtain a loan modification, Dr. Marrero and his employees were able to save my home and give me and my family peace of mind. Not only did I get an excellent modification with $160,932.73 of principal forgiveness leaving my new loan amount at $77,998.52 with a fix rate fo...r the rest of the life of the loan. I will like to thank Mr. Freedmans for his help during this process and Ms. Seiny for being so patient and understanding with me. I'm very happy and thankful to Dr. Marrero, his firm and I would recommend his services to all my friends and family

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. I HIRED MR. MARRERO IN JUNE OF 2010. THE BANK WAS NOT BEING VERY COOPERATIVE OR HELPFUL BUT DUE TO MY ATTORNEY'S PERSISTANCE AND PERFORMANCE WE OBTAINED A GREAT MODIFICATION!

Saved our Home.

When I hired Julio Marrero and his staff to help me keep my home I already had a sale date scheduled. Not only was he able to stop the sale, he was able to get me a modification as well. Even thou the bank did not reduce my principal I was able to keep my home with an affordable payment.

Best Attorney in Miami!!!

Marrero and Associates is by far the best firm in Miami. I could have not done this modification without them. Very happy with results.
