Great modification and great results with Marrero

I obtained a great modification with Seterus for my investment property and I got a reduction of my monthly payment of almost $400.00. I'm very pleased with the work done by Mr. Marrero and my processor Seiny Fleitas and I will recommend their services to anyone interested in saving their property a...nd getting a lower payment

Finally obtained a fair payment for my home with Dr. Marrero

I'm very happy because Dr. Marrero and my processor Seiny were able to lower my mortgage monthly payment from $2,368.47 to $1,661.84 including taxes and insurance. This is a very affordable payment for my income and I couldn't had done it with our their help. I recommend Dr. Marrero to anyone that ...wants to save their home and want a lower payment on their mortgage

GREAT WORK

I ATTEMPTED TO DO A LOAN MODIFICATION WITH THE BANK AND WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. AFTER HIRING JULIO MARRERO'S FIRM I FELT CONFIDENT WITH JULIO MARRERO'S OFFICE AND HIS STAFF IN THE MODIFICATION DEPARTMENT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A GREAT TRAIL PERIOD PAYMENT AND I LOOKING FO...RWARD FOR MY FINAL MODIFICATION ON MY HOME.

GREAT HELP A VERY DIFFICULT TIME

MR. MARRERO MET WITH US AND PUT ALL OF THE CARDS ON THE TABLE. HE WAS UPFRONT IN EXPLAINING OUR CASE AND EXACTLY WHERE WE STOOD AND WHAT HE HOPED TO ACCOMPLISH ON RESOLOVING OUR HOME MATTER. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN WITH ARIEL OLIVA OUR LOAN MODIFICATION PROCESSOR.

Very happy with my modification
