Happy client.

Julio Marrero and his staff was able to negotiate and obtain on my behalf a loan modification with payments that I can afford. Now I am able to continue paying for my house without the fear of losing it. Thank you.

Pincipal reduction in my mortgage

i received a principal reduction my mortgage was 459,265.40 and now the new principal balance is 189,542.35. The amount was completely forgiven from my name and or debt thanks to Marrero law firm.

MODIFICATION IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS!!! DENIED BY ALL OTHER ATTORNEYS-GREAT WORK JULIO MARRERO!

VERY HAPPY. I TRIED TWO TIMES BEFORE AND WAS DENIED. I CAME TO THE FIRM IN JULY AND IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS WAS APPROVED!!! VERY WELL DONE JULIO MARRERO!
