After being assured by a company representative that because of my income and interest rate 6.75 that i would have no problem getting a modification. It took 10 months, countless paperwork and $3600.00 to get turned down by my mortgage company because I was current with the mortgage payments. The ...lack of communications with the firm was unbelievable every communication had to be started by myself. I wrote at least 10 letters to different associates in the firm and never received a reply.
