Very happy with my modification

I worked with two previous attorney's and I was not able to obtain a loan modification. I started with Mr. Marrero and I was able to obtain a trial modification and finally my permanent modification, Nationstar reduced my principal balance of $203,414.42 and forgave $133,000.00 of my principal balan...ce and now my mortgage is $70,149.42. I'm very happy with my modification and with my processor on the file.
