Pincipal reduction in my mortgage

i received a principal reduction my mortgage was 459,265.40 and now the new principal balance is 189,542.35. The amount was completely forgiven from my name and or debt thanks to Marrero law firm.

Good Work

thank you very much for your work i got a huge reduction on my principal more than 250000.00 now i can afford my mortgage and everything thank you directly to my processor who work hand by hand with me in all this process.

Very thankful with Dr. Marrero

After a year of struggling to obtain a loan modification, Dr. Marrero and his employees were able to save my home and give me and my family peace of mind. Not only did I get an excellent modification with $160,932.73 of principal forgiveness leaving my new loan amount at $77,998.52 with a fix rate fo...r the rest of the life of the loan. I will like to thank Mr. Freedmans for his help during this process and Ms. Seiny for being so patient and understanding with me. I'm very happy and thankful to Dr. Marrero, his firm and I would recommend his services to all my friends and family

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. I HIRED MR. MARRERO IN JUNE OF 2010. THE BANK WAS NOT BEING VERY COOPERATIVE OR HELPFUL BUT DUE TO MY ATTORNEY'S PERSISTANCE AND PERFORMANCE WE OBTAINED A GREAT MODIFICATION!

Horrible experience.

He was not knowledgable. Wanted to put me into a bankruptcy and I didn't even qualify. Gave me wrong advice did not know what he was talking about. He has a factory not a law firm.
