I am very grateful for the assistance Mr.Marrero and his team, have provided to my family. I was going to pay $1,605.00 and they were able to lower my mortgage to $1467.63 including escrow. Wow!

Came across food people to help me with mu mofification

A few times you come across good people in life and I consider myself lucky to had found this attorney and to had been assigned to Seiny Fleitas to handle my case. My modification decision was very fast and my payment was reduced $300.00 from my previous payment. I also got a forgiveness of $50,000.0...0 of my mortgage with my Hamp modification. I'm very happy, words can't describe how I feel.

I got my modification in 3 months, the best offer received. My payment lowered 50% and I received a deferment for more than $200,000.00 dollars. Thank you Mr.Marrero and his processor Mrs. Córdoba, she was so professional and kept informed all time regarding the process. We saved our home and stop th...e foreclosure sale date. Great Job/Experience

I would like to thank Mr.Marrero firm & employees for helping me obtain a final modification and for saving my home. Everything I was told came true with my final modification, my interest went from 5.00% to a 2.00%, also helped me lower my monthly payments.

Extremely happy

We received an excellent modification they lowered our interest rate to a 4.5% fixed for the life of the loan. My term was extended to a 40 years mortgage. My payments were lowered a little more than $500.00 a month. We are extremely happy with our out come.
