Made my dream a reality

I inhirited this property but could not affort the payments. Thanks to my hard work at my job and Mr. Julio Marrero fighting for me my dream became reality. I could save my home.

Lowerest my mortgage

They maintain their good reputation helped me a get a modification under the Obama Goverment program. I left the interest to 4.125% for the life of the loan and now saving $359.72 per month on my mortgage.

Grateful

Very happy with my modification results, I obtained a 2% interest rate for the life of my loan and had a principal forgiveness of $32,000.00. Iam very grateful for Mr.Marrero and the firm for helping me obtain a modification in my home.

Outstanding Service

I want to say that I recommend Julio Marrero without the slightest reservation. I am eternally grateful as he not only modified my mom's primary residence but also managed to hold a foreclosure defense in our investment property and when a new program became available he was also able to modify our i...nvestment property! These two modifications have meant the world to my mom who is now 82 years old and in these properties are her lives' work and savings.
