Got my modification

I was working in a loan modification by myself with no results. I came to this law firm and after few months I received my loan modification with fixed interest rate at 4% and got a differment from $73,000.00. Now I'm happy because my principal was reduced and I'm paying less than before. Than...k you Marrero.

Helping me obtain my modification.

I would like to thank Mr. Marreros firm for helping me obtain a modification after not paying my mortgage since August/2012. They helped lower my interest rates and extended the loan terms.

I'm lucky!

I had tried to modify my home for two years with no luck. I was referred by a friend who also had his loan modify by Marrero and was very happy with his results. The minute I met Lyza Imbert, I felt comfortable and she explained all in detail, and after many battles with the lender, nine months later..., I got my modification. Thank you Marrero Offices!

Extremely happy

We received an excellent modification they lowered our interest rate to a 4.5% fixed for the life of the loan. My term was extended to a 40 years mortgage. My payments were lowered a little more than $500.00 a month. We are extremely happy with our out come.
