Very,very happy...!

We went to two Law offices prior to coming here, they were not able to finalize our modification. We are very happy that Dr.Marrero,Trivedi,Chamizo Law was able to finalize our modification. We are very grateful for this offices.

Kindest regard

I am very grateful for the assistance Mr.Marrero and his team, have provided to my family. I was going to pay $1,605.00 and they were able to lower my mortgage to $1467.63 including escrow. Wow!

Finally got my modification

I tried to modify my home on my own several times and always got declined. I decided use the services of Dr.Marrero and finally obtained my final modification, I couldn't be any happier with the out come and the fact I was able to save my home.

I would recomende services Lic. Marrero my neighbor Giselle Gómez, she received her modification with a payment and lower interest, your interest now is 2% and not happy with all this, she received a reduction to the principal of your loan by the amount of $ 141,014.25. Completely convinced once agai...n the excellent work of Lic. Marrero and his staff. I recommend again and again.
