Saved my home with their help

I’m very happy to have obtained a modification with the help of Dr. Marrero and his staff. I was able to get a comfortable payment and got a fix interest rate at 4.375% for the life of my loan. Every time I had a question I will go to them and they were able to answer my concerns. In general the p...rocess was solved in less than 6 months and I’m gladly able to say I saved my home and now I could sleep at night. Jose.

Saved my home

I have been late on my mortgage for a very long time. Mr. Marrero team never gave up on my case. I was able to get a HAMP modification starting at 2%. We were not offered principal forgiveness but thankfully the payment is extremely affordable & we get to stay living in our home.

100% recommended

This is our 2nd modification with Mr.Marrero. Our primary home was modified & now our investment home. We have been past due for 6 years and Mr.Marrero's team was able to save both of our homes. After not paying for 6 years our payment was still lowered $329.00. We are very happy.

Lucky

I was in default since 2010. Our interest rate before 6.875%, now it is fixed at 4.375%. I received a deferment in the amount of $153,000.00 which I am grateful for. Also they extended my mortgage to 40 years allowing my payment to be low & affordable.

Very Happy

Thank you for help me to save my property. I lower mi interes rate and get a differment the eigthy thousand. I definily recommende this law.They got me amodification that is unreal. Now I and my family was very happy. Thank you,again...!
