Finally modified

After fighting with the bank on my own I never got any answers. I then came to Dr. Julio Marrero for help and after fighting diligently with my lender after not paying my mortgage for 2 years, I was finally modified at a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan. Thank you.

Made my dream a reality

I inhirited this property but could not affort the payments. Thanks to my hard work at my job and Mr. Julio Marrero fighting for me my dream became reality. I could save my home.

The best firm Marrero & Chamizo law

I came to this firm because the lender cancelled our modification TPP, they rejected our payments. Lic.Chamizo fought for us and enforced the loan modification. Finally I received my agreement, the best ever, they gave a forgiveness for $339,521k, reduced my % rate at 2% and save my house with an aff...ordable payment. Very grateful

Mr. Marrero and his team understood my hardship and faight with my lender, my processor Ary Lezcano kept me informed and aware of every step. Iam very grateful that I will now be able to leave my children with a home in the future.
