Reduced my Equity line.

Thank you Dr. Julio Marrero and all his staff because I could low my payment, my interest rate and found an affordable mortgage payment. My new payment is 50% less than before. Gracias Dr. Marrero and all his staff.

Finally modified

After fighting with the bank on my own I never got any answers. I then came to Dr. Julio Marrero for help and after fighting diligently with my lender after not paying my mortgage for 2 years, I was finally modified at a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan. Thank you.

Excellent Modification

I went to another attorney and they took my money and did not do anything for me. Lic. Marrero got me a 2% for the first 5 years with $87,000.00 principal different. I recommend this attorney, very professional. Excellent Modification.

Thank you Mr.Marrero and his staff, mi wife and I we will be able to live in our home without having to over extended ourselves, we have a 2% and will end with 3.75% along with a $35,700.00 deferral. Thank you Mr.Marrero

Great Modification

I'm very happy and satisfied with this firm they got a great modification for me. I got a principal forgiveness for more than $200,000.00. My interest rate is 2% and will be fixed at 3.575 after 7 years. I never thought that I could receive such loan modification. Thank you Dr.Marrero, processor and ...all staff for your help.
