Second Modification

This is my second modification with this law firm, and the last one was the best. Iam very happy with result. My property was in foreclosure with sale date but for this law firm nothing is impossible, they are knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Wonderful attorney and legal team.

It was difficult and tried with more than 2 lenders because the loan was transferred. Finally this law firm worked diligently and we received a great modification to save our property. Thank you for everything Dr. Julio Marrero and Mrs. Yuriannis Cordova.

Thanks God

After several months trying to modify our loan, finally Mr. Marrero got a great agreement for us. Fixed my interest rate, stopped my property sale date. My term remains the same 27 years. Thank to this law office to save my property.
