Iam very pleased
Iam very pleased with the firm and staff. Came to the firm behind on my mortgage. I signed up in October and by November they helped me obtain a trial modification, and 3 months later my final modification came in Mr.Marrero delivered on his word.

I came to the offices of Julio Marrero with little hope, after been with (2) attorneys in the past with no results, I didn't think the offices of Julio Marrero could help how wrong I was, after (6) months I was approved, I now have a mortgage payment that is less and is a fixed rate. Thank you.

I had tried to modify my loan twice before on my own with no luck. I came to the offices of Julio Marrero and after just 3 months I was approved, I was paying $1,192.00 and I now pay $408.00, with a forgiveness of $33,545.94. Thank you Julio Marrero and excellent staff.
