Excellent treatment

Great my modification

This was the best modification received, they forgived me $214,729k with 2% of interest rate. Mr. Julio Marrero stopped my sale date and saved my house. Iam very thankful with this law firm. Thank you.

Iam very happy & grateful.

Before coming to the lawyer's office Marrero was over 4 years without paying my house by economic problems and with the help of representatives and lawyers I could lower my interest of 6.625% to 4.25% and also got a reduction of $ 39,000.00 the principal. I am very happy and grateful.

Very satisfied!

I came to the office with a mortgage with variable interest and the offices of Dr. Julio Marrero could get me a modification to the fixed rate of 4.125% for 40 years.
