Very satisfied!

The best firm Marrero & Chamizo law

I came to this firm because the lender cancelled our modification TPP, they rejected our payments. Lic.Chamizo fought for us and enforced the loan modification. Finally I received my agreement, the best ever, they gave a forgiveness for $339,521k, reduced my % rate at 2% and save my house with an aff...ordable payment. Lowerest my mortgage

They maintain their good reputation helped me a get a modification under the Obama Goverment program. I left the interest to 4.125% for the life of the loan and now saving $359.72 per month on my mortgage.

We are very happy

We are very happy received $219,375.99 principal forgiveness starting at 2% for the first 5 years then going to 3% and staying fixed 3.75% until maturity. I recommend this firm & staff. Thank you.
