Extra Charges

My case for foreclosure was done in July, recorded in the court in the same month, I received a letter in august telling me that my case was in the warehouse by the time i receive the letter, but there are charging me the payment for the month of August. Plus they call me saying that i owe them $1,0...00.00 (2 months) after speak with 2 different person they now say that the correct amount is $500.00 which i dint think that is correct if my case was completed in July
