Extremely happy with my reduction in payment. My home was in forclosure for more than 6 months and the firm was able to save my home and modify my loan. I am very happy with my results.

SUCCESSFUL LOAN MODIFICATION

I ATTEMPTED TO DO A LOAN MODIFICATION WITH ANOTHER ATTORNEY AND WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. AFTER HIRING JULIO MARRERO'S FIRM I FELT CONFIDENT WITH JULIO MARRERO'S OFFICE AND WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A GREAT MODIFICATION ON MY HOME.

Satisfied with my modification

This law firm was able to get my mortgage modified without my home going into foreclosure which would have been devastating for me even thou I know I would have been very well legally represented. Thank you..
