Very satisfied with my loan modification

I started trying to negotiate a loan modification directly with the bank on my own and I failed to obtain anything. I hired Dr. Marrero a year ago and finally we were able to obtain great results and get my loan modification. Even though I live out of state and my property is located out of state,... I always had a quick response from the law firm every time I called or needed their assistance. My processor was very dedicated to the case and kept me informed; we worked together towards the same objective. I will recommend Dr. Marrero and I will use his services in the future

MODIFIED 4 OF MY HOMES (3 INVESTMENT PROPERTIES)

My processor, Alexandro Carles was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to him as well as the firm, I have been able to modify/save 4 of my homes. I will definitely recommend the firm to my friends and family to help save their homes too.

Successful Loan Modification

Althought my Lender, Bank of America was not very helpful and extremely difficult with the process. My attorney was very persistent and able to obtain the results I needed. Very happy.
