The process took a little longer than ancipated but I finally received a modification.

When I hired Julio Marrero and his staff to help me keep my home I already had a sale date scheduled. Not only was he able to stop the sale, he was able to get me a modification as well. Even thou the bank did not reduce my principal I was able to keep my home with an affordable payment.
