Modification Process

Excellent service and customer service provided . Marrero and his employees did a great job at helping me obtain a modification as quick as possible. Processor Giovanni Suri did an amazing job and is very professional.

I reduced my mortgage payment with Marrero Law Firm

When I first decided to get assistance to obtain a loan modification, I was very hesitant on where to go and who to hire. On December 2012 I came across a very promising commercial on TV by Dr. Marrero and I decided to take a chance and hired his services. I was assigned to my processor (Seiny) and... she really made it easy for my husband and I to understand the process and finally we were able to obtain a HAMP loan modification that reduced our payment from $1,800.00 to $1,100.00 making it so much more affordable for us. I'm very happy with the results I obtained with this firm and I wouldn't doubt to recommend and use again their services in the future.

Excellent Lawyer - Excellent Results

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Julio Marrero and his firm, His staff and my processor/paralegal Arleen Muina were extremely helpful and made an impossible case into a reality. I am very grateful that I was able to pay off my loan at a huge discount and keep my property. I had... seen 2 attorneys previously and neither one was able to negotiate a deal with the bank. The bank simply did not want to modify my loan. I then hired Julio Marrero and he got me a great deal . I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney.
