EXCELLENT

Excellent service provided by Marrero and his staff. Everyone in the offices is very attentive and does their best to help with whatever you need. I was afraid i wasn't going to be able to save my home because of late payments. But Marrero and staff made it possible to obtain a modification.

Thank you Marrero

Very content with the loan modification obtained. I was able to save my home and make affordable monthly payments. My biggest concern was saving my home and Dr. Marrero made it possible. Very happy with the services received.

Saved Home

I'm very satisfied with this modification. I hadn't paid my mortgage since 2009 and i just got a modification with a principal forgiveness of 279k. Marrero was able to save my property that is the most important for my family and I. Thank you, Mr. Marrero and his professional employees who helped me... save my home.

Modification

Marrero and his firm did an amazing job with my modification and helped me save my home. I had an excellent experience with everyone at the firm. Everyone was very co-operative and helped me with any questions i had. I would definitely recommend Marrero and his firm.
