GREAT HELP A VERY DIFFICULT TIME

MR. MARRERO MET WITH US AND PUT ALL OF THE CARDS ON THE TABLE. HE WAS UPFRONT IN EXPLAINING OUR CASE AND EXACTLY WHERE WE STOOD AND WHAT HE HOPED TO ACCOMPLISH ON RESOLOVING OUR HOME MATTER. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN WITH ARIEL OLIVA OUR LOAN MODIFICATION PROCESSOR.

Beware of this scammer!!!!!!

I do NOT recommend Julio C. Marrero. He promised me a home loan modification in less than 6 months. One year later and after paying him more than $2000, I found out from my lender that the case has been closed for months because my attorney, Mr. Marrero did not send the documents the bank asked for.... In the meantime, I would call the processor in charge of my "case" (by the way, they changed processors 4 times and every time, one would take the case, he/she did not know what the previous one had done) and never got a response. They did not answer my calls or emails and that's is why I ended up calling my lender. They informed me that the case was closed because they never heard from the attorney. Julio C. Marrero took advantage of my situation, they lied at me from the beginning telling me the bank would forgive $ 70000 from my loan and that even though I was current with my monthly payments, the bank would modify my loan because the government was pressuring them to do so. What a lie! The bank told me that was not true, that the modification was for those who were behind with their payments and my lender Fannie Mae did not forgive any amount off the loan. I will file a complaint with the Florida Bar. Now, they kept billing me monthly payments of $149 even though the case had been closed for a long time. Do NOT trust these scammers, you will regret it. It's better if you work with the bank directly and save yourself time and money.
