I'm lucky!

I had tried to modify my home for two years with no luck. I was referred by a friend who also had his loan modify by Marrero and was very happy with his results. The minute I met Lyza Imbert, I felt comfortable and she explained all in detail, and after many battles with the lender, nine months later..., I got my modification. Thank you Marrero Offices!

Satisfied

Iam pleased with my trial modification, the firm helped me obtain. I have an overall saving of $488.00, with a lower interest rate which is exactly want I wanted. Thanks!

Happy with my modification & the all staff Mr.Marrero office.

My case was very difficult and after trying to modify for over a year we were able to get our payment lowered by $500.00, we are both retired and we do not have much money. Iam very pleased

Iam very pleased with the firm and staff. Came to the firm behind on my mortgage. I signed up in October and by November they helped me obtain a trial modification, and 3 months later my final modification came in Mr.Marrero delivered on his word.
