Lowered my mortgage $300.00 monthly I have nothing, but great things to say about this firm and the amazing job they did in my job. In less than 6 month my mortgage was approved for modification and now I finally obtained my final modification that lowered my payment $300.00 from my previous paymen...t; I also received a forgiveness on my mortgage of $20,300.00 and I couldn’t be happier.
