Very thankful

Im very thankful for everything

I'm tried to do a modification by myself but it was unsuccessful. This law office prepared my file, 1st submition was denied, 2nd submition I received my approval. Thank you Dr. Marrero. I save my property and I'm current now. Thank you.

Recommended

I will like to take the time to thank the firm for all their hard work and effort in helping me obtain a modification, my interest rate from 6.00% to a 3.25% for the life of the loan and I now have a saving of $459.00 dollars a month.

Great Modification

I'm very happy and satisfied with this firm they got a great modification for me. I got a principal forgiveness for more than $200,000.00. My interest rate is 2% and will be fixed at 3.575 after 7 years. I never thought that I could receive such loan modification. Thank you Dr.Marrero, processor and ...all staff for your help.

Process done

Thank you, I got my modification. I recommend this law firm if you want to save your home. There is not the best offer but saved my home and I'm current again. I really appreciate their complete service.
