Saved my home
I have worked with two prior Law office with no resolution and poor staff. I am very pleased and impress with the staff and the outcome of my case. Definitely would recommend to others this firm. Wonderful job

Excellent Modification
I went to another attorney and they took my money and did not do anything for me. Lic. Marrero got me a 2% for the first 5 years with $87,000.00 principal different. I recommend this attorney, very professional. Excellent Modification.

Very happy with this firm and results
My processor was very informative of the negotiation, the final modification my lender approved was not easy to obtain but I appreciate their efforts and costumer service their staff was top notch. I get my house. Excellent job and service.
