SUCCESSFUL LOAN MODIFICATION

I ATTEMPTED TO DO A LOAN MODIFICATION WITH ANOTHER ATTORNEY AND WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. AFTER HIRING JULIO MARRERO'S FIRM I FELT CONFIDENT WITH JULIO MARRERO'S OFFICE AND WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A GREAT MODIFICATION ON MY HOME.

Satisfied with my modification

This law firm was able to get my mortgage modified without my home going into foreclosure which would have been devastating for me even thou I know I would have been very well legally represented. Thank you..

MODIFICATION IN 60 DAYS!

Excellent work!!!! Received my modification within 60 days!!! I am saving over 600 per month. Very happy.

Best lawyer in town!

My experience with this lawyer was amazing, after seeing 3 other lawyers that were all ready to charge me $3500 for a Modification i decided to see mr. Marrero not only was i very impressed with his staff but i was very pleased to hear that he chareged $1500 less then the other guys. After 60 days i ...recieved my Modification and im now paying $1,200 less per month. Compared to every other attorney in Miami Julio Marrero is the best!

Great Law Firm

I came to the law office of Julio C Marrero after going to 5 other lawyers for help. After only two months, i was able to receive a loan modification and my foreclosure got dismissed.
