Modification

I tried to do a loan modification by myself and never received an offer, I came to this firm looking for assistance. After several months, back and forth we got a good loan modification. I recommend this law office it you want to save your home. My payment is 35% less than before. Thank you Mr.Marrer...o and Mrs.Cordova for your great job.

Great my modification

This was the best modification received, they forgived me $214,729k with 2% of interest rate. Mr. Julio Marrero stopped my sale date and saved my house. Iam very thankful with this law firm. Thank you.

Very proud and happy

I would like to thanks the firm for saving me $152.66 a months also for helping me obtain a Gov.Program-HAMP at 2% interest, when I had a ARM loan. Very proud and happy for haver received sush excellent job. In my opinion was a process too fast with good result.

Very happy with my results-Great modification
