RECEIVED A LOAN MODIFICATION ON MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH A MONTHLY REDUCTION OF $966.89
I am ecstatic with my modification results. Julio Marrero’s office was able to reduce my mortgage payment on my investment property $966.89 per month. Nearly half of my mortgage payment. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!!

Very happy with my modification
I worked with two previous attorney's and I was not able to obtain a loan modification. I started with Mr. Marrero and I was able to obtain a trial modification and finally my permanent modification, Nationstar reduced my principal balance of $203,414.42 and forgave $133,000.00 of my principal balan...
