Finally modified
After fighting with the bank on my own I never got any answers. I then came to Dr. Julio Marrero for help and after fighting diligently with my lender after not paying my mortgage for 2 years, I was finally modified at a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan. Thank you.

Saved my home

Excellent Modification

Very happy with this firm and results
My processor was very informative of the negotiation, the final modification my lender approved was not easy to obtain but I appreciate their efforts and costumer service their staff was top notch. I get my house. Excellent job and service.
