About me

I am an attorney, and my practice focuses on business law, especially for creative, technology and social benefit organizations. Aside from being a member of the Florida Bar, I have been admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the Tenth Circuit. My firm, Gersten & Muir, P.A., is a certified woman-owned business by the Women's Business Enterprise Council.

  • Jarrod Barclay Martin

I went to law school with Jane. She is one of the best oral advocates that I witnessed in law school, and I know that has carried over into her practice. While I no longer work in Miami, I know that she is one of the best young lawyers in the area. I hope to work with her in the future.
