Mr. Lee is a Miami-Dade County transplant by way of Toledo, Ohio and received his Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University (B.G.S.U.), Double-Majoring in both International Business and Business Law. While in undergraduate school, Mr. Lee played rugby at B.G.S.U., was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, and studied abroad in Rome, Italy. Robert graduated law school from Barry University School of Law and has practiced predominately in Miami-Dade County since.
Mr. Lee is a trial attorney with litigation experience in both Federal Court as well as State Courts throughout Florida. He holds multijurisdictional licenses and is eligible to practice before the State of Florida, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His practice consists of Civil Litigation (with experience in P.I.P. Plaintiff and Defense work, Business Litigation, Foreclosure Defense, and Intellectual Property Litigation) as well as Criminal Litigation (with experience including, but not limited to, Drug Trafficking Cases, Attempted Murder, Grand Theft, and Probation Violations). Mr. Lee has also mediated over 100 plus cases in County Court. Additionally, he was formerly a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator.
Mr. Lee is a member in good standing of the Florida Trial Lawyers Association, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Rainmakers Committee, the Young Lawyers Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Miami Chapter). Mr. Lee’s pro-bono affiliations consist of the “Miami Coalition Against B.S.L” and the “ABA Military Pro-Bono Project.”
In his free time Mr. Lee is an avid runner, golfer, weight-trainer, and is a Harley-Davidson enthusiast.
