Wonderful job

I was referred to Mr. Kotler by his brother David, who is also an attorney but in Boca Raton, Florida. My son was arrested for possession of marijuana in Miami-Dade while having one prior case pending in another county. Mr. Kotler did a wonderful job on his new case. The prosecutor agreed to reset th...e case for 60 days and if he doesn’t pick up any new arrests they will drop the case. He didn’t even have to do any special program and is very very happy. He has one more week to behave but so far everything is good. Also his legal fee was very reasonable.

HIT AND RUN INVESTIGATION

We were referred to Attorney Kotler by personal injury attorney, Spencer Aronfeld of Aronfeld Trial Lawyers after my dear wife crashed another car and left from the scene of an accident. As such, she was under hit and run investigation and we were receiving calls from an angry detective for over a w...eek. We were very scared to talk to him ourselves and therefore we decided to seek help from Attorney Kotler. Attorney Kotler was able to contact the detective investigating my wife and he was very angry and ready to arrest her. Attorney Kotler convinced him not to make the arrest but to give her a promise to appear in Court (she didn’t have to go to the jail). In Court he then got the case dismissed. Very impressive.

Excellent legal help!

A couple of months ago I was caught shoplifting in one department store in Miami. I was in the United States just on a tourist visa and Mr. Kotler was able to get me permission to return to my home country (Russia). He managed to put me in some special program that I can do online and once I complete... it, my case will be dropped! I am very happy with him. He also referred me to a good immigration attorney as I needed legal advice on immigration consequences of my case. He wanted to make sure we did not do anything that would impact me in the future as far as immigration.

Scott is an excellent attorney!

I dont want to go too much into detail, but due to a misunderstanding I was facing serious child neglect charges. Mr. Kotler was able to explain my situation to the State Attorney who was able to dismiss the case. I really appreciate all his help.
