Case dismissed

I was recently falsely accused of a crime (felony) and Mr. Grieco was on top of it from day 1 with both the police and prosecutors. Made the matter disappear and now we are sealing it.

Very Disappointed

When seeking a lawyer you are obviously looking for help, guidance, someone to help you. Initially I thought Mr. Grieco could be the one. At first he was responsive but then changed almost immediately. My husband already being in the system needed legal advice, he gave his word to go see him and left... him waiting for three weeks. I reached out to him and no response. This is no way to treat anyone who is in need of your help. I can only speak for myself when I say he was a big disappointment to us.

When folks seek help from a private attorney, many will be given advice consistent with what they want to hear. I won't do that. Moreover, if folks seek an extended amount of advise and counsel without retaining the attorney then that's obviously a problem as well. I work hard to help many and do a great amount of pro bono legal work and it is unfortunate that this anonymous individual chose to air grievances in this forum when they never actually came into the office.

Aggressive Defense

Mr. Grieco handled my motion for modification of the terms of my probation and he aggressively countered all objections raised in the court. If you want results, you should consider retaining him.

Simply one of the best

Where to begin? Michael handled my 3rd DUI case, a traffic offense that put me in VOP jeopardy and the VOP itself. The results were phenomenal and no matter how badly it got he knew what he was doing. Mr. Grieco is a par with the Roys and Weintraubs of the every day criminal case scene. He does no...t waste time bsing his clients or babysitting, he focuses on what matters, which is results. If you are looking for a serious criminal attorney who is result driven, look no further.

Dom Violence case dismissed

Got my case dismissed. But whats more important to me is everything he said that would happen with the process went thru way he said.
