Child Support
In 2009 Atty. Jose Bofill handled my divorce which involved child support for me and my ex-wife’s two children. The resulting dissolution of marriage went very smooth and fair according to Florida law. Fast forward to 2021, one of the children turned 18 and therefore, the child support was to be modified and adjusted to support for the remaining child. However, due to a glitch in the County clerk’s office, the child support automatic deduction was still deducting for two children despite my efforts on my own to have this corrected. Almost one year of paying inflated child support for two children instead of one, had me beyond frustrated and confused. I then reached out to Atty. Bofill for assistance getting this issue rectified. Atty. Bofill assured me that I would be credited back the over-payments and he was on the case. Mr. Bofill swiftly and efficiently adjusted the child support to the correct amount and worked diligently with my ex-wife’s counsel to correct this wrong. Ultimately, this situation was resolved in mediation with an outcome very satisfactory to me. Without Atty. Bofill navigating this legal quagmire on my behalf, I would still be fighting “the system” and all its red tape. If you need a no-nonsense Atty. in your corner that truly has your best interest at heart, look no further than Atty. Jose Bofill. He truly cared!

AWESOME AND AMAZING
Jose Bofill became our attorney after my relocation case was reversed. He and his staff were all in from the first moment we spoke. Even though most of our case was handled long distance, we always felt connected since we stayed in constant communication. He was easily accessible, and was clear and concise as to what was needed. He's the attorney you want in your corner for your family law matters
Attorney Bofill and his team at Bofill Law Group provided excellent and quality service. I always felt that my needs were met and the firm was invested in me and my case. They were easily accessible, got back to me quickly, aggressive and got me the results I wanted. Due to my extremely busy work schedule, I'm not the easiest client to represent yet Attorney Bofill and his team NEVER gave up on me or my case. They hung in there with me until the very end which is something I greatly appreciate. Best of the best!
I have had good experiences with Mr. Bofill. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and is always available when needed. I have worked with other attorneys in the past and none compare to him. He takes his time to evaluate and understand each individual situation, goes over ever possible scenario and is straightforward. He really is great! I would highly recommend him.

Great lawyer you will not be disappointed
Mr. Bofill is very knowledgeable in the area of divorce. Everything he told me would happen according to my case, happen. He always called or emailed me with news of any new event in my case. Absolutely amazing!
It has been a pleasure having Mr. Bofill represent me in my timesharing case. He is extremely accessible all the time and explains every step of the case in great detail. He's very realistic when it comes to the cases and will let you know what chance you have of getting the outcome you want. Mr. Bofill is the 2nd attorney I hired in my case and in one hearing he did more than what my previous attorneys did in 4 months. He has a lot of knowledge in family law and I would definitely recommend him.

THE BEST FAMILY ATTORNEY AT WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE FAMILY COURT HOUSE.
Mr. Bofill has my lawyer for the past 5 years he is the best lawyer in town when it comes down to divorce. I would highly recommend him. A Real Fighter
My case was extremely difficult from the beginning and he keeps things realistic. He is extremely knowledgeable and remembered all the complexities of my case. He is a real fighter and is good to have backing you in the courtroom. Because things did go in my favor during and at the at the end my ex is appealing the rulings and because Mr. Bofill is also an appellate attorney means that I don't have to go and get another attorney who doesn't know my case and would have to start cold. Yes... I would recommend Mr. Bofill to family and friends.
