This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Michael is one of the first attorneys we call to speak at any of the many seminars that we organize. Not only does he make himself available he is the go to guy to answer any questions and is available to any young attorney who needs help; also his litigation skills based upon results for his clients speak for themselves. If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney he should be at the top of your list.

Michael Frank is an excellent bankruptcy attorney who skillfully handles bankruptcy cases. In addition, he cares deeply about his community as evidenced by his active participation in ongoing pro bono activities to benefit the less fortunate of the community.

My bankruptcy was 5 years in a chapter 13. He was very smart man and he came highly recommended to me from another attorney. I don't know why he has the low reviews. His character is strong but his work is excellent and the girls in the office are all really nice. Overall good experience. H eliminated my second mortgage and property taxes and all my credit cards. I recommend Mr. Frank if you case is complicated. He knows his stuff especially IRS.
