GREAT RESULTS ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FELONY

A relative and his wife got into a big Domestic Violence Squabble, he was charged with Felony Domestic Violence Battery by Strangulation, Battery, Burglary and an injunction was issued. He was held in jail with no bond, and was about to lose his good job at a major corporation if we did not do somet...hing quickly. I took the family to see Albert Quirantes, who I heard in a radio interview and I felt was very knowledgeable. Mr. Quirantes had a very convenient office with parking and a nice staff. He accommodated us on a Saturday. After he heard and read the facts, he was as shocked as we were because our relative is a very mild mannered and hard working man with no prior arrests or problems, but his wife did have lots of problems and a bad temper. Mr. Quirantes took the case. He immediately ran to the jail to see him that very Saturday. He went to work and investigated all the allegations, investigated his wife's past, came up with inconsistencies in her version of the facts and did an emergency bond hearing. He persuaded even the State Attorney to agree to release him and no action the case that was holding him. He then fought hard over a couple of months, but obtained the dismissal of most of the case, and a minor misdemeanor resulted in what he called "diversion", which will result in a dismissal as well. He will be able to expunge his arrest and hopefully all of his entries on the courts computers, which don't seem fair at all. The injunction was also dismissed. The attorney's law firm charged a very fair fee and was always there for us when we needed them. Thank you Mr. Alberto Quirantes for a job well done!

Slick in Court, Smooth with Judges, Extremely Competent, Nice to his Clients and VERY REASONABLE!

Albert Quirantes was superb! My friend was unfairly arrested for a Felony and accused of stealing something and pawning it. There was evidence that could have shown he was not guilty. Since my friend had a record, the cops completely ignored the defenses and arrested him. Mr. Quirantes prompt...ly visited him at the jail and attended his bond hearing, and reduced his bond. He was out! Then, in the meantime, he got arrested again for another Felony, due to a setup by his friends! He was now back in with NO BOND! Mr. Quirantes immediately appeared before the Judge, got the Judge to find no probable cause on the second case, then appeared with the original Felony judge and convinced the Judge to release him again. Mr. Quirantes then found a critical witness to convince the DA to drop his charges! All of them. Now that's more than we thought would happen. This guy is slick in court, nice to all, personable, very understanding, respected by the judge, the prosecutor and has a smooth style. His fees were VERY REASONABLE compared to other lawyers we spoke to. His employees are very responsive to all of our needs and I have had nothing but the best experience with the office of Albert Quirantes. I highly recommend that if you have a problem, you call him.

Licencia restaurada despues de mas de 15 años

Hace más de 12 años, tuve un accidente y no tenía seguro. La compañía de seguro del otro chofer me puso una demanda civil de más de $50,000.Yo soy obrero y no hay manera que yo puedo pagar esa cifra con la cantidad de cuentas atrasadas y tarjetas de créditos vencidas con altos balances que tenía y m...anteniendo dos hijos por chayle suppor. Mi licencia fue suspendida y no había manera de que aceptaran ningún convenio. Trate de sacar una licencia para trabajar y no me la permitieron.Cada rato iba preso por manejar con la licencia suspendida pero no tenía manera de resolver el problema. Aquí no hay mucha facilidad para el que no maneja y todo cuesta mucha plata.Se me ocurrió visitar a la bogado Albert Quirantes la última vez que me acusaron de manejar con la licencia suspendida. El abogado Albert me proceso una bancarrota por $800 que me limpió más de $80,000 en deudas. Saqué mi licencia al los dos días contratarlo. Después fue a la corte y me dijo que todos mis tickets habían sido anulados. No tuve que ir a la corte ni por el caso criminal. Estoy muy agradecido y recomiendo al abogado Albert Quirantes cada vez que tengo una oportunidad. Qué buena gente.

Ganó mi caso de violencia doméstica, muy profesional y muy justo

Fui acusado y encarcelado por una bronca que tuve con mi hijo.  Mi hijo andaba en malos pasos y sus amigos eran el tipo de amigo que uno quisiera no ver con un hijo.Al llegar a mi casa estaban fumando drogas y les pedí que se vayan todos. Me empujaron y después termine defendiéndome en una pelea. Los... amigos se fueron corriendo y llamaron a la policía. Al llegar la policía, hablaron con los amigos afuera y como eran varios, le creyeron a ellos de que yo agredí a mi hijo y a uno de ellos.Me acusaron de violencia doméstica en contra de mi hijo y de la golpiza a su amigo. Fue una gran injusticia ya que me querían poner en la cárcel por dos años por haberme tenido que defender en mi propia casa.Me enteré del abogado Albert Quirantes por medio de una amistad a quien le había ido muy bien con él.  El abogado Quirantes me sacó de la cárcel sin fianza y bajo palabra.  Presentó muchos papeles y fue a varias audiencias y yo no tuve que ir sino una vez. Hoy, pudo ganarme el caso, todos los cargos fueron anulados. No tuve que hacer absolutamente nada y se hizo justicia porque yo no tenía la culpa.  Ahora viene el proceso de sellar el récord de que todo esto ocurrió. Escribo esto porque mi experiencia fue muy positiva y siempre voy a recomendar al abogado Albert Quirantes, un gran profesional que me ayudó en mi momento de necesidad y honorarios fueron muy justos. Gracias Albert Quirantes.

Very Knowledgeable and Professional, the best lawyer ever!
