First Class Attorney

Criminal case. Took immediate control. Went straight to court and reduced my bail, got me back to my family. Had other attorneys in his firm also working on my case, but he was always there and in charge. They talked to every witness. At trial, Mr. Quirantes proved the truth and the jury found me inn...ocent. I tell whoever asks me, this is more than a real good lawyer. He is the best.

Trust Alberto... It Will Be Worth It

A few weeks before Christmas and graduation from College, I was pulled over due to an unknown suspended license. Minutes after being pulled over I was arrested and taken to jail. The entire time I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I am not the usual type of person that gets arrested, I was actua...lly on my way home to finish a huge school presentation at the time of my arrest. Once I was released (14 hours later!) reality set back in, and I contacted a highly trusted attorney friend who recommended Mr. Quirantes to me. He was more than willing and ready to help me. I met him in his comforting and inviting office, and after explaining my situation he immediately went online and using an attorney code, reinstated my driver's license, which was a huge surprise to me! Mr. Quirantes had me sign some affidavits and relieved me from having to appear in Court. He already got my criminal case DISMISSED, no costs, no schools, no probation, nothing! He is now handling the underlying tickets that caused the suspension. Believe me, it was worth seeing this lawyer, being put at ease and getting the results for a very reasonable fee. Best Lawyer Ever!

I needed a defense attorney. I was charged with resisting arrest without violence, DUI, speeding, no proof of insurance, no registration, refusal to sign citation and no seatbelt. I heard Albert Quirantes being interviewed on the radio and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I called... his office for an appointment, and I'm glad I did, because it was the tenth day from my arrest. I learned that I only had 10 days to try to get my license back, or I'd lose it for a year. Mr. Quirantes was very personable and kind. He explained both the administrative process and the criminal process very clearly. He had a very nice staff who were all very understanding and treated me very nicely. I felt at home there. Mr. Quirantes gave me every break pricewise and a payment plan so that I could afford to hire his team, and I mean team. He has several lawyers and legal assistants and they all worked together. I got my temporary license back the next day. A month and a half later, he sent me a letter saying "your license suspension was invalidated" and I took the letter in to DMV for a new license for free! Then I knew I was on the right track. There were many hearing dates but I did not have to go to any. Mr. Quirantes gave me a questionnaire with many pages and questions... he zeroed right in on an issue that broke the case. I only went to court for trial, one day. The case did not get to trial, we were there all morning but finally, when it came down to motions, the case was dismissed. I can't tell you all the details of how or why, but I have a clean record!!! My arrest will be expunged soon because he already had me give him fingerprints and signed affidavits and is in the process of doing that. I will never drink and drive again, but after praying and making so many promises to God, I am keeping this one, I think Mr. Quirantes was a Godsend... I appreciate his professionalism and will recommend him to anyone who has a criminal or ticket problem. Thanks,
