BEST DUI ATTORNEY IN TOWN

I did my homework and researched many of the DUI lawyers in town. I found Albert Quirantes. Mr. Quirantes had a friendly staff, was very helpful, put me at ease, gave me all of the information I needed, was always there when I needed him, fought and won my case, cleaned my record and my license bac...k. This was an excellent value. I highly recommend this lawyer to anyone who has a problem in the criminal defense arena. Especially in DUI and traffic cases. I am very grateful to this attorney for all the help.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - The Best Lawyer !

Dealing with this lawyer is almost like dealing with family. I was arrested for a felony and a DUI. Was very scared and worried about what was going to happen to me. A family lawyer friend recommended Albert Quirantes from Ticket Law Center. I visited his office which was very accommodating and ...cozy. I was treated very well by the staff. This attorney knows his stuff. He made me feel very comfortable. He is very friendly and approachable. His fees are very reasonable. He conducted discovery on my case and kept me informed at every stage. He filed several legal motions and made several arguments that resulted in A complete and total victory. I Have my license back!!

For 3 years I have been trying to get my license back. I was tangled up with other states such as Pennsylvania and all over Florida. This lawyer took my case and went to several judges. This lawyer vacated my previous suspensions and convictions set everything aside and cleaned up my license with no ...points. I can finally drive. I will watch myself in the future but if you need help with an attorney, do not hesitate to contact Mr Quirantes and his friendly staff.

GREAT RESULTS ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FELONY

A relative and his wife got into a big Domestic Violence Squabble, he was charged with Felony Domestic Violence Battery by Strangulation, Battery, Burglary and an injunction was issued. He was held in jail with no bond, and was about to lose his good job at a major corporation if we did not do somet...hing quickly. I took the family to see Albert Quirantes, who I heard in a radio interview and I felt was very knowledgeable. Mr. Quirantes had a very convenient office with parking and a nice staff. He accommodated us on a Saturday. After he heard and read the facts, he was as shocked as we were because our relative is a very mild mannered and hard working man with no prior arrests or problems, but his wife did have lots of problems and a bad temper. Mr. Quirantes took the case. He immediately ran to the jail to see him that very Saturday. He went to work and investigated all the allegations, investigated his wife's past, came up with inconsistencies in her version of the facts and did an emergency bond hearing. He persuaded even the State Attorney to agree to release him and no action the case that was holding him. He then fought hard over a couple of months, but obtained the dismissal of most of the case, and a minor misdemeanor resulted in what he called "diversion", which will result in a dismissal as well. He will be able to expunge his arrest and hopefully all of his entries on the courts computers, which don't seem fair at all. The injunction was also dismissed. The attorney's law firm charged a very fair fee and was always there for us when we needed them. Thank you Mr. Alberto Quirantes for a job well done!

Slick in Court, Smooth with Judges, Extremely Competent, Nice to his Clients and VERY REASONABLE!

Albert Quirantes was superb! My friend was unfairly arrested for a Felony and accused of stealing something and pawning it. There was evidence that could have shown he was not guilty. Since my friend had a record, the cops completely ignored the defenses and arrested him. Mr. Quirantes prompt...ly visited him at the jail and attended his bond hearing, and reduced his bond. He was out! Then, in the meantime, he got arrested again for another Felony, due to a setup by his friends! He was now back in with NO BOND! Mr. Quirantes immediately appeared before the Judge, got the Judge to find no probable cause on the second case, then appeared with the original Felony judge and convinced the Judge to release him again. Mr. Quirantes then found a critical witness to convince the DA to drop his charges! All of them. Now that's more than we thought would happen. This guy is slick in court, nice to all, personable, very understanding, respected by the judge, the prosecutor and has a smooth style. His fees were VERY REASONABLE compared to other lawyers we spoke to. His employees are very responsive to all of our needs and I have had nothing but the best experience with the office of Albert Quirantes. I highly recommend that if you have a problem, you call him.
