Trust Alberto... It Will Be Worth It

A few weeks before Christmas and graduation from College, I was pulled over due to an unknown suspended license. Minutes after being pulled over I was arrested and taken to jail. The entire time I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I am not the usual type of person that gets arrested, I was actua...lly on my way home to finish a huge school presentation at the time of my arrest. Once I was released (14 hours later!) reality set back in, and I contacted a highly trusted attorney friend who recommended Mr. Quirantes to me. He was more than willing and ready to help me. I met him in his comforting and inviting office, and after explaining my situation he immediately went online and using an attorney code, reinstated my driver's license, which was a huge surprise to me! Mr. Quirantes had me sign some affidavits and relieved me from having to appear in Court. He already got my criminal case DISMISSED, no costs, no schools, no probation, nothing! He is now handling the underlying tickets that caused the suspension. Believe me, it was worth seeing this lawyer, being put at ease and getting the results for a very reasonable fee. Thanks Mr. Quirantes.

Best Lawyer Ever!

I needed a defense attorney. I was charged with resisting arrest without violence, DUI, speeding, no proof of insurance, no registration, refusal to sign citation and no seatbelt. I heard Albert Quirantes being interviewed on the radio and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I called... his office for an appointment, and I'm glad I did, because it was the tenth day from my arrest. I learned that I only had 10 days to try to get my license back, or I'd lose it for a year. Mr. Quirantes was very personable and kind. He explained both the administrative process and the criminal process very clearly. He had a very nice staff who were all very understanding and treated me very nicely. I felt at home there. Mr. Quirantes gave me every break pricewise and a payment plan so that I could afford to hire his team, and I mean team. He has several lawyers and legal assistants and they all worked together. I got my temporary license back the next day. A month and a half later, he sent me a letter saying "your license suspension was invalidated" and I took the letter in to DMV for a new license for free! Then I knew I was on the right track. There were many hearing dates but I did not have to go to any. Mr. Quirantes gave me a questionnaire with many pages and questions... he zeroed right in on an issue that broke the case. I only went to court for trial, one day. The case did not get to trial, we were there all morning but finally, when it came down to motions, the case was dismissed. I can't tell you all the details of how or why, but I have a clean record!!! My arrest will be expunged soon because he already had me give him fingerprints and signed affidavits and is in the process of doing that. I will never drink and drive again, but after praying and making so many promises to God, I am keeping this one, I think Mr. Quirantes was a Godsend... I appreciate his professionalism and will recommend him to anyone who has a criminal or ticket problem. Thanks,

Great lawyer, great law firm!

I had the opportunity to go to a domestic violence hearing to help my friend, a women, charged with domestic violence battery, and who's husband took out a restrained order against her. You might it is unusual, but I saw many accused women when I went to court with my friend. She had Albert Quiran...tes as her criminal and restraining order lawyer. Mr. Quirantes did an excellent job at calming my friend down, he was able to question her ex-husband in a way that proved to the judge that he should not be afraid of her in anyway, and the judge dumped the injunction against her. Later, he went to court in her domestic violence case and won. All of the charges were dismissed. My friend had been so scared over nothing, because this attorney was able to clear her of any wrongdoing. The reason I am writing this is because I recently had a problem myself, and hired him to represent me. I won't get into the details of my problem, suffice it to say that Mr. Quirantes visited the police department with me and spoke on my behalf to the officers. I did not have to say a thing, and the police decided to drop the entire problem. I highly recommend this lawyer to any one who has any kind of problem with the law. He is personable, and was a joy to deal with. The prosecutors and judges seem to get along with him very well too. I give him my highest endorsement. Patricia

Great Results My Felony Was Dismissed!

This lawyer represented me on Felony Driving While License Suspended Charges. i was looking at prison time and loss of a good job Mr Quirantes found a way to vacate the convictions causing my habitual, got my license reinstated and my case dismissed. Mr. Quirantes is one of the best in his field.

Alberto has helped me and members of my family with all our traffic related matters, from the simple speeding ticket to the more complex traffic issues.
